 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently switched our email services to Tech First IT solutions as we had outgrown our existing supplier. Sandeep arranged a teams meeting with us initially to discuss exactly what we required from Tech First.at this stage he also provided us with some information on the services they offer and made suggestions as to what package would suit us best as a company. We were then provided with a detailed quote within 48 hours. We decided to proceed and after some behind the scene work was carried out by Sandeep we agreed on a transition date. The transition was carried out late afternoon to minimise disruption to our working day and Sandeep was on hand throughout the entire process. He also checked in the following day to make sure everything was still running as it should. The entire process with Tech First It Solutions form start to finish was completely stress free, and we were kept well informed throughout. Our email system is now performing so much quicker with no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend Tech First IT Solutions.
