I am Joe McAuley. With over 16 years in the IT industry, I’ve experienced the rapid evolution of technology. I have worked within internal IT teams for both medium-sized companies and global corporations, as well as with IT managed service providers supporting small businesses. It’s in the managed services field where I’ve discovered what really drives me as an IT professional: delivering excellent customer service and understanding the unique needs of each client’s business.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, I am Sandeep Mohnir, the Co-Founder of TechFirst IT Solutions. My journey in IT has been driven by a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality solutions, making me a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes.
Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including IT support roles, helpdesk management and IT Manager, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies organizations face in today’s tech landscape. At TechFirst, I leverage my technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to help businesses manage their IT needs effectively.
